Kebakaran di Jln Mangga, Desa Hutanagodang, Kecamatan Muara, Tapanuli Utara menghanguskan 28 unit rumah, Rabu (26/3/2025). Kasie Humas Polres Taput Aiptu Walpon Baringbing mengatakan aparat masih menyelidiki penyebab kebakaran.

terbakar di Jln Mangga, Desa Hutanagodang, Kecamatan Muara, Tapanuli
Utara" Ucap Aiptu Walpon, Rabu (26/3), dilansir dari Antaranews.com.
Kebakaran terjadi sekitar pukul 13.00 WIB.
Tiupan angin kencang membuat api merambat dengan cepat dan melahap rumah yang
ada.
"Api dengan cepat membesar dan
menyebar sehingga warga sekitar lokasi tidak sanggup memadamkan api pun tidak
sempat menyelamatkan barang-barang dari dalam rumah" Ungkapnya.
Rumah-rumah yang terbakar merupakan ruko
sementara yang dibangun dengan bahan-bahan yang mudah terbakar seperti kayu.
Hal ini mempersulit upaya pemadaman api.
"Meski mobil Damkar milik Angkasa Pura
Silangit, Pemkab Taput dan Pemkab Humbang diterjunkan ke lokasi, namun
kebakaran baru bisa dipadamkan sekitar 1,5 jam kemudian," kata Walpon.
Walau kebakaran ini tidak memakan korban
jiwa, namun kerugian material diperkirakan mencapai milliaran rupiah.
"Saat ini, Polres Taput masih
melakukan pendataan atas para pemilik rumah yang terbakar serta menyelidiki
sumber api dan penyebabnya," pungkas Aiptu Walpon.
